Raghan is a Collierville native with a deep passion for the beauty industry. She is outgoing and truly enjoys getting to know her clients, often referring to them as friends. With nearly 20 years of experience behind the chair, Raghan brings both expertise and a personalized approach to every appointment.

She specializes in hair coloring and extension services, with a particular love for creating dimensional blondes, brunettes, and rich reds. Since adding hair extensions to her services in 2013, she has remained committed to staying current with the latest trends and delivering top-tier extension services.

In 2024, Raghan took her career to the next level by launching TopHerr Hair Company alongside her friend and business partner, Rachel. Together, they recognized a growing need within their clientele for hair loss and thinning solutions and decided to create a brand dedicated to addressing that need. TopHerr Hair Company provides advanced education for hairstylists while also serving as a trusted wholesale supplier of high-quality hair toppers.

Raghan uses Keune Hair Cosmetics, Milbon, and Keune styling products, along with select favorites from other professional lines. Prior to launching her company, she was certified with four different extension brands, including The Kacey Welch Method, BELLAMI, and Habit Extensions.

She provides thorough consultations to ensure she fully understands each client’s goals, striving to help every client leave the salon feeling confident, beautiful, and heard.

When Raghan isn’t working behind the chair, she travels to hair shows and teaches classes. At home, she stays busy with her family. She is a firefighter’s wife and a mom to two active boys. In her free time, she enjoys country concerts, traveling with her husband and children, and spending quality time at home with her family.
